Time keeps on flying
Hey gang! What's this you say, Count Westwest with two posts in nearly a week?! We can hardly believe it ourselves, but the go-getting, tireless self-promoters we are, we thought we'd share some information with you. First off, the show that we played in Allston with the Aborigines was reviewed in the most recent copy of The Noise. You can read it by clicking here:

By the by, you should definitely check out the Aborigines if you have the chance. Not only are they a swell bunch of fellows, but they rock. Hard.
Speaking of rocking, Count Westwest has booked a date to do just that at the Brass Cat in Easthampton on January 7 in what will then be the year 2006. Performing with us will be a local group called Hymns. Somehow Count Westwest has managed to go quite a long time without playing in the Noho-Easthamp. area, and we're glad to do it at the good ol' Cat. We will be armed with a bevy of new songs as well as old favorites.
Speaking of old favorites, Count Westwest does eventually plan on having a number of those (about 18) available in physical form in exchange for some dollar bills. Recording has been going well lately (read: more swiftly) and we hope to finally have an album out very soon.
Well, that's about all for now. With all this activity lately, we should be updating this a tad more frequently. We hope to see you soon!
